Our company mainly undertakes three-year maintenance contracts for the Hospital Authority. These include additions and alterations such as ward re-layout and structural steelwork. Other major works include waterproofing, plastering and decorative works. We were registered as a Minor Works Contractor (RMWC) and a General Building Contractor (RGBC) in 2012 and 2019 respectively. Over the past 10 years, we have been divided into public and private client groups, with public clients mainly being the Hospital Authority, EMSD, ASD and Housing Society. Private sector clients are mainly Harbour City, Link and MTR
